We currently only offer Australia wide shipping and distribution. If you are a corporate or wholesaler, please fill the Contact Us form to make special bulk purchase arrangements.

Delivery Times
The time it takes for your products to be delivered depends on when you order. If it is before 10 AM local time we’ll process and dispatch the same day. Any orders after 10AM will be dispatched the next day. All deliveries are from our Melbourne HQ.

Australia Post is the courier company we use to deliver your products within Australia. Hence, we require that you provide an address where you or an individual who’s willing to sign on your behalf, will be present. If you or your designated person is not home, Australia Post will leave a calling card and take your goods to the nearest Post Office, where arrangements have to be made to pick it up from there.

Another option is to receive the parcel unsigned. However, we do not recommend this option as any damages or losses will not be our responsibility.

Tracking Your Shipment
It is very easy to track the delivery of your TEALUXE products. We will email you a tracking number, which can be used to track items online via www.auspost.com.au for deliveries within Australia. If you have any issues or concerns, please Contact Us with a copy of your order confirmation.
