How can I purchase TEALUXE products?

Where do you source your tea?
We source all the tea leaves in our blends from Sri Lanka. All other ingredients used in our delicious teas come from numerous beautiful places around the world including Sri Lanka, India and Egypt.

The teas are all blended and packaged in Sri Lanka.

 

How long until your tea products expire?
It really depends on the tea. Some of our blends contain pieces of fruit and flowers, which do not stay fresh as long as our traditional teas.

To ensure your teas remain fresh, always keep them well sealed and store in a cool, dark and dry place.

 

How should my tea be stored?
Keep your tea in a cool (under 25°C), dry place as well as away from stoves, fridges and freezers. The best way to store tea at home is in an airtight container, as it prevents exposure to light, high temperatures and humidity.

 

What is the Nutritional Information about the tea I am consuming?
According to the Food Standards Australian New Zealand (FSANZ), tea does not require a nutritional panel as it does not carry significant nutritional value. Hence, we do not provide any nutritional information for our range of teas.

 

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept Mastercard, PayPal and Visa as methods of payment. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

 

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before payment has been processed. However, once the checkout screen has been completed, any changes or cancellations must be done by Contacting Us.

If your order has already dispatched our HQ in Melbourne, Australia, the freight charge will not be refunded.

 

What information do I need to know about ongoing promotions?
Discounts: Promotional discount codes cannot be combined with other discounts. Basically, you are not allowed to apply more than one code.

Free Shipping: Shipping rates are calculated on the net total (after discounts have been applied).

 

Does TEALUXE have a modification policy?
TEALUXE reserves the right to amend or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. Any alterations will be made effective immediately upon posting on the website.
